- A Bachelor’s or an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
- A minimum of two years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program or elementary classroom
- An prior experience as a Curriculum Co-ordinator is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Mentor and guide teachers to create and implement age-approriate lesson plans
- Understands and has strong working knowledge of Early Childhood Program and its standards
- Coordinates with other members of the Leadership Team and communicates with them effectively
- Conducts classroom observations to regularly support and ensure standards implementation and delivery
- Effectively communicate with teachers the feedback and make sure required changes are implemented in lesson plans and classrooms
- Assist with various administrative tasks in the front office on daily basis
- Proper communication with parents, teachers, and staff
